A First EU Proposal

I just finished organizing/writing/leading my first EU proposal. It was a great, daunting, and interesting experience. There’s plenty of advice out there about how to prepare proposals in general  and on EU proposals specifically. But…I thought I would try to write down my reflections on what I learned in hopes that it might help some other postdocs or first-timers out there.
